How do I book a large group?
If your group is above 7 players, send us a message through our contact form and we will try and get you booked in with the same starting time for everyone!
What are the Christmas themed rooms?
We have two limited edition Christmas themed rooms – Mr. E’s Christmas Manor and Mr. E’s Christmas Moratorium. These rooms are only around for the holiday season and feature new decor, new puzzles, and a different story line than the regular rooms! If you’ve previously played the regular Manor and Moratorium rooms, you can still enjoy the Christmas themed versions as they are completely different.
Please note that both Christmas themed rooms are the same as last year.
Who can take part?
All ages are welcome, however, the puzzles are designed for teens and up. Ages 12 and under MUST have an adult accompany and participate. While all of our our rooms are kid friendly, please be advised that “Mr.E’s Manor” has some occult themes that some kids might find frightening. Keep this in mind when booking this room.
Do you have to play the rooms in order?
No. The rooms tell a fun storyline but you can do them in any order.
What are your hours?
We are usually open seven days a week. You can go to our Book Now page to view our available time slots.
Can you accommodate outside hours requests?
We can also accommodate outside hours. Click here to email us for outside hours availability.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
You can cancel or reschedule a booking with the link in the confirmation email that you receive when you book online.
Can I buy gift certificates?
Yes! The best time to purchase them is Fridays after 6pm or Saturdays after 2pm.
